All pieces are handcrafted in limited quantities. Due to the artisanal nature of our work, slight variations in finish, texture, or tone may occur. These variations are part of the character and uniqueness of each piece.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update designs at any time without prior notice.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Final charges are processed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) according to the exchange rate applicable at the time of purchase.

Payments are securely processed through third-party platforms. We do not store or have access to your full payment information.

Processing & Shipping

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns section for detailed information regarding processing times, shipping schedules, and delivery expectations.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines and tracking updates are outside of our control.

Returns & Final Sale

Due to the limited and artisanal nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

In the case of a significant manufacturing defect, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we may review your case and determine an appropriate solution.

Proper care is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, or improper storage.
