Processing Time
Each Azar piece is thoughtfully prepared with care and intention. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing before shipping. This time allows us to honor the artisanal nature of our limited productions.
Shipping
International clients: Prices are shown in Mexican Pesos (MXN). Your bank or payment provider will convert the amount to your local currency at checkout.
We ship to the United States and Mexico.
If shipping to Mexico, please enter your postal code in the address field to view local delivery options.
United States
Orders shipping to the United States are sent every two weeks via USPS Priority Mail. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Mexico
Orders shipped within Mexico are delivered within 3–5 business days once dispatched.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once a package is with the shipping provider, transit times and delivery updates are outside of our control.
Conscious Packaging
We use eco-conscious packaging, reusing materials whenever possible as part of our commitment to being mindful of our environment while ensuring your piece arrives safely.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the limited and artisanal nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
